    Am schönsten ist eine Sonnenblume, wenn sie ein wenig Rauheit mitbringt. Hier liegt die Farbe pastos, mit Riefen und leichter Rauheit, sodass sich der gelbe Kopf vom tiefen Blau abhebt, statt flach darauf zu liegen. Hängen Sie es auf, und eine schlichte Wand ist nicht mehr nur Hintergrund – das Blau kühlt den Raum, das Gelb gibt die Wärme direkt zurück. Es macht sich hervorragend in der Küche, im Esszimmer oder an der Ecke des Flurs, an der Sie mehrmals täglich vorbeigehen. Kombinieren Sie es mit lackierten Schränken, warmem Holz, Messinggriffen und cremefarbenem Steinzeug. Bitte nicht mit anderen Blumenmotiven überladen – eine so ausdrucksstarke Blüte möchte die Wand für sich allein. Als Leinwandbild kommt die Pinselarbeit dem Originalgemälde noch näher.

    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Wird das Gelb in einer kleinen Küche zu grell wirken?

    In einer kleinen Küche wirkt das Gelb eher warm als blendend, vor allem weil der tiefblaue Hintergrund mehr Fläche einnimmt als die Blume. Häng es an eine ruhige Wand, auf Augenhöhe, und fern von gemusterten Fliesen oder unruhigen Spritzbereichen. Vor Off-White- oder Navy-Fronten hebt es den Raum an, ohne ihn zu dominieren.

    Funktioniert die quadratische Form über einer Anrichte oder Konsole?

    Ja, solange das Möbelstück nicht sehr lang ist. Ein Quadrat sitzt am besten über einem Möbelstück bis etwa 120 cm Breite, mittig gehängt mit circa 20 bis 30 cm Abstand nach unten. Über einer längeren Anrichte kann es verloren wirken, also entweder größer wählen oder eine Lampe und ein paar Objekte an einem Ende platzieren, um auszugleichen.

    Kann ich es in einem nach Norden ausgerichteten Raum aufhängen?

    Ja, das passt. Kühler, flacheres Licht neigt dazu, helle Werke zu vergrauen, aber das kräftige Gelb und Gold hier behalten ihre Wärme und das Tiefblau bleibt reich statt matschig. Wenn die Wand sehr wenig Tageslicht bekommt, bringt eine nahe, warme Lampe die gerillte Pinselstruktur im Blütenkopf zur Geltung.
