    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    L'oro nella stampa è davvero lucido o metallico?

    No. L’effetto dorato è stampato in gialli caldi, ocra e marroni profondi piuttosto che con inchiostro metallico o foglia reale. Appare ricco e luminoso sulla parete, ma è una finitura stampata piatta. In luce calda da lampada acquista maggiore profondità, ed è per questo che l’opera funziona così bene in ambienti serali.

    Sarà troppo carico su una parete a fantasia?

    Sì, molto probabilmente. Il dettaglio a mosaico sul vestito e sullo sfondo è già molto presente. Sta meglio su una parete liscia e pitturata — off-white, pietra calda, verde profondo o blu inchiostro gli donano. La carta da parati a motivo tende a entrare in conflitto con l’oro e a appiattire la composizione.

    Serve una cornice dorata o posso sceglierne una più scura?

    Entrambe le opzioni funzionano. Una cornice dorata estende la sensazione dorata e vira verso il tradizionale o l’art-deco. Una cornice nera slega e rende l’opera più contemporanea e da galleria. Evita il rovere chiaro — smorza il calore e fa apparire l’oro più giallo che ricco.
