How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Cela paraîtra-t-il trop petit sur un grand mur?

Pas si vous jouez sur l'espace vide. Le sumi-e repose sur l'espace négatif, donc un carré moyen sur un grand mur se lit comme réfléchi plutôt que perdu. Donnez-lui une large marge dégagée de chaque côté, accrochez à hauteur des yeux et résistez à l'envie de remplir le mur autour. Une petite lampe d'appoint ou un meuble bas en dessous l'ancre bien.

Le petit sceau rouge se lit-il comme un accent de couleur fort?

C'est un accent discret, pas une déclaration de couleur. Le sceau est petit et placé bas dans la composition, il réchauffe la pièce sans la tirer vers le rouge. Si votre palette est strictement neutre froide ou bleus glacés, le sceau reste un détail d'ancrage doux plutôt qu'un choc.

Conviendrait-il à une chambre d'enfant ou à une chambre de bébé?

Ça peut, mais ce n'est pas une grenouille de type cartoon — l'ambiance est calme et adulte. Elle convient mieux dans une chambre d'enfant où la palette est déjà douce et neutre et où les parents veulent une œuvre qui fera encore sens dans dix ans. Pour un espace enfant plus vif et ludique, cherchez quelque chose avec des couleurs plus franches.
