Over dit kunstwerk
Je hebt geen extra decor nodig. Eén bloemenpatchwork met pit is genoeg. Dit ontwerp draagt een hele tuin: kersenbloesem, pioen, chrysant en den, gelaagd over geometrische panelen in kimono-stijl in zachtroze, lavendel, citroengeel en donkergroen.
Hang het op en een stille kamer wordt levendig. Lichte muren voelen warmer, sobere banken ogen ineens doordacht en de kleur danst de hele dag door de ruimte.
Het komt het best tot zijn recht in woonkamer, slaapkamer of hal met rustige muren: off-white, zachtroze, licht lila of lichtblauw. Hang op ooghoogte, solo, of boven een laag dressoir zodat de onderste bloemen net boven het blad zweven.
Combineer met licht linnen, licht eiken, rotan, roomwitte keramiek en één zachtroze of lila gestoffeerd meubel. Eén detail in messing of warm goud laat de gele accenten spreken.
Verstop het niet tussen nog meer patroon. Druk behang, concurrerende bloemmotieven of een andere uitgesproken print aan dezelfde muur gaan ermee vechten. Geef het ruimte en laat dit het statementstuk zijn.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will this overwhelm a small room?
It's a busy piece, so in a small room give it a clear wall and keep the rest plain — no patterned cushions, no second print on the adjacent wall. On a calm pale wall above a low sideboard or behind a bed, it works in a smaller room as the single focal point rather than as background.
What wall colour suits it best?
Pale, calm walls let the colour sing — off-white, soft pink, pale lilac, very pale blue or warm cream. Avoid hanging it on a deep saturated wall or a patterned wallpaper; the patchwork has so many colours of its own that it needs a quiet backdrop to read clearly.
Does it work above a bed?
Yes, very well. The vertical composition suits a headboard, and the soft pink and lavender feel right in a bedroom. Hang the lower edge about a hand's width above the headboard, centred, and keep the bedding plain — white or cream linen — so the print stays the focal point.
