Unten sorgen olivfarbenes Gras und ein sandiger Pfad für behagliche Wärme, die sich nach unten hin entfaltet. Ideal für Treppenpodeste: Hängen Sie es ein bis zwei Stufen oberhalb des Halbpodests – der kühle obere Teil wirkt wie mehr Wand, der warme untere Teil wie mehr Raum. Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Das helle Grau hat einen hohen Hellwert, daher hebt es eine dunklere Wand eher an, als dass es darin versinkt. Ideal ist eine Wand, die heller ist als das Bild, also kreidig gebrochenes Weiß oder ein helles warmes Grau, plus eine Lampe mit neutralem Leuchtmittel. Vermeide warmgelbe Glühbirnen, sie lassen das Grau schmutzig wirken. Bei kühlem Licht sieht der Nebel eher wie mehr Wand aus, und das olivfarbene Gras am unteren Rand übernimmt die Wirkung.

Passt es auch in einen Raum mit warmen Holzböden und Möbeln?

Ja, solange das Holz hell oder mittlerer Natur ist. Gebleichte Eiche, Esche und helles Kiefernholz passen natürlich zu Sand und Oliv am unteren Rand. Dunkles Nussbaumholz oder orangefarbene Kiefer beißt sich mit der kühlen grauen Oberhälfte und lässt sie kalt wirken. Halte Textilien in Oatmeal, Stein oder gewaschenem Grau, und der Raum wirkt in einer ruhigen Temperatur statt in zwei.

Wie hoch sollte ich für eine Standard-Flurhöhe gehen?

Bei einer Deckenhöhe von etwa 2,4 Metern funktionieren 100 bis 120 cm gut, mit der Unterkante ungefähr 90 cm über dem Boden. So liegt die Horizontlinie etwas über Augenhöhe, genau dort, wo das Motiv sich gut einfügt. Unter etwa 80 cm Höhe verlieren die Gräser ihre Struktur, und das Bild wirkt eher wie ein Streifen als wie eine Landschaft.
