How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Ist das Orange für ein kleines Kinderzimmer zu stark?

Weniger, als du denkst. Das Orange macht etwa ein Fünftel des Bildes aus, der Rest ist helles Salbei und Navy, also wirkt das Gesamtbild an der Wand ruhig mit einem warmen Mittelpunkt. Welche Größe passt über ein Kinderbett oder eine Kommode?

Ziel sind ungefähr zwei Drittel der Möbelbreite. Eine Standard-Kommode mit 80 cm nimmt ein Quadrat von 50 bis 60 cm gut auf, und ein 120 cm breites Kinderbett oder Sideboard passt zu 70 cm. Häng die Unterkante etwa 20 cm über die Oberkante, damit die zwei Tiger knapp über dem Möbel sitzen statt hoch an der Wand zu schweben.

Passt es auch ins erwachsene Wohnzimmer oder nur fürs Kinderzimmer?

Es funktioniert in beidem, aber der Raum entscheidet, wie es wirkt. Vor weißen Wänden mit Spielzeug darunter ist es ein Kinderbild. Über einem Kiefernholz-Sideboard mit Leinen und einem Farn wirken die gebürstete Struktur und der Salbeigrund wie Folk Art, und die Tiger eher wie ein Augenzwinkern als wie ein Thema. Halte die Möbel schlicht, dann trägt es sich selbst.
