How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Macht der dunkle Hintergrund mein Schlafzimmer dunkler?

Welche Breite sollte ich für über einem Kingsize-Bett wählen?

Am besten die volle Breite des Kopfteils oder knapp darunter, also ungefähr 150 cm bei einem Standard-King. Kleiner und die vielen Blütenköpfe wirken eher wie ein Muster als wie eine Wiese, und der Mond verliert in der Ecke an Präsenz. Lass etwa 20 cm zwischen Oberkante des Kopfteils und Unterkante des Bildes.

Passt es zu hellgrauen Wänden und einem grauen Sofa?

Ja, und Grau ist einer der einfacheren Hintergründe dafür. Der Marineblau-Grund liegt nah genug an Grau, um verwandt zu wirken, während die roten Mohnblumen und gelben Sonnenblumen genau die Wärme liefern, die einem grauen Wohnzimmer oft fehlt. Ergänze ein tiefgrünes Kissen oder Plaid, um die Stiele aufzugreifen, und vermeide rote Kissen, die die Mohnblumen flach wirken lassen.
