Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Wirkt das Navy in einem kleinen Schlafzimmer zu dunkel?

Nicht an einer hellen Wand. Mehr als die Hälfte der Fläche ist ein warmer Cremegrund, sodass das Navy eher als Linie und Form wirkt als als dunkler Block. In einem kleinen Raum halte die Wände Off-White, die Bettwäsche hell, und es bleibt klar, ohne den Raum zu schließen. Problematisch wird es nur, wenn die Wand selbst schon navy oder dunkelgrau ist.

Wie breit sollte es über ein Doppelbett sein?

Orientier dich an der Breite der Matratze oder etwas darunter, also ungefähr 100 bis 120 cm bei einem Standard-Doppelbett. Durch das 2:1-Format bleibt die Höhe angenehm dezent, sodass zwischen Kopfteil und Decke genug Luft bleibt. Hänge die Unterkante etwa 20 cm über dem Kopfteil. Unter 80 cm verlieren die Tentakel ihre Wirkung.

Passt es ins Bad oder ist das Motiv dafür zu groß?

Es passt sehr gut ins Bad, besonders mit weißen Wandpaneelen und einer cremefarbenen Wand darüber. Hänge es im Querformat über die Badewanne oder über einen langen Waschtisch, eher bei 80 cm Breite, damit es bequem zwischen Sockel und Decke sitzt. Wenn der Rest des Raums frei von weiteren Meeresmotiven bleibt, wirkt der einzelne Oktopus bewusst und nicht thematisch.
