How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Machen die dunklen Blautöne meinen Raum düster?
Nur an einer hellen Wand in einem kleinen Raum mit wenig Tageslicht. An einer tiefgrünen, navyfarbenen oder anthrazitfarbenen Wand wirkt das Schieferblau wie Teil des Konzepts und die erleuchteten Fenster sowie der Mond übernehmen den Rest. In einem hellweißen Raum wirkt es wie ein dunkles Quadrat, also gib ihm eine Lampe in der Nähe und eine warme Holz- oder Wollfläche darunter.
Ist das zu sehr Halloween, um es das ganze Jahr hängen zu lassen?
Die Hexen sind klein und sitzen eher am Himmel als im Vordergrund, deshalb wirkt es aus der Ferne wie eine mondbeschienene Küste mit Leuchtturm. Erst auf den zweiten Blick entdecken Gäste die Hexen. Die meisten hängen es im Herbst auf und nehmen es nie wieder ab, und genau das ist ja der Sinn einer nächtlichen Meereslandschaft.
Welche Größe passt für eine Flurwand?
Ein mittleres Quadrat von etwa 50 bis 60 cm ist der ideale Bereich für einen Flur. Kleiner und Hütte sowie Hexen verlieren vom Eingangsbereich aus ihre Details. Größer passt es auf eine breite Diele oder eine Wohnzimmerwand, wo der dunkle Grund Luft bekommt und du zwei bis drei Meter Abstand hast.
