Dahinter kalkiger Putz, ein Läufer in Hafer­tönen, die übrige Wand bewusst frei – die Höhe übernimmt den Rest. Eine schmale Wand verlangt nach einem hohen Blickfang, und dieses Motiv gibt der Treppe einen Grund, langsamer zu werden. All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Passen die Grüntöne zu einer salbeigrün gestrichenen Wand, oder wirken sie störend?

Nein, sie liegen in derselben Farbfamilie. Das Oliv und Moos im Grund ist ein bis zwei Nuancen dunkler als die meisten Salbeifarben, sodass das Motiv eher als dunklerer Bereich an der Wand wirkt und nicht als konkurrierende Farbe. Die cremefarbenen Hüte geben ihm Leichtigkeit. Wenn dein Salbei sehr grau ist, können die Grüntöne hier im Vergleich etwas wärmer wirken, was die meisten eher angenehm als hart empfinden.

Wie funktioniert das hohe Format eigentlich an einer Treppenwand?

Eine Treppenwand sieht man von unten und von der Seite, deshalb wirkt ein hohes Motiv meist besser als ein breites, weil der Blick ohnehin nach oben wandert. Häng es an die Wand am Treppenabsatz oder an die lange Wand neben den Stufen, mit der Mitte ungefähr auf Höhe der Oberkante des Handlaufs. Aus der Distanz hält es schon vom unteren Schritt aus, und die schmale Breite lässt der Wand Luft zum Atmen.

Ist ein Pilzmotiv für einen erwachsenen Raum zu kindlich?

Bei dieser Umsetzung nicht. Die Hüte sind blass und locker statt rot mit weißen Punkten, und der Grund besteht aus Moos- und Olivwaschungen ohne Konturen. So wirkt es eher wie eine Waldstudie als wie ein Märchenbild. In einem Schlafzimmer oder Flur mit Leinen und hellem Holz kommt es näher an eine botanische Tafel als an Kinderzimmerkunst. Helle Spielzeuge in der Nähe würden die Wirkung eher in die andere Richtung kippen.
