How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Machen die Grüntöne einen nach Norden ausgerichteten Raum kälter?
Nicht, wenn die Wand dahinter warm ist. Das helle Salbei in den Blättern reflektiert das vorhandene Tageslicht, und das Creme in der Rinde bringt eigene Wärme mit. Passt es ins Schlafzimmer oder ist es eher ein Motiv fürs Wohnzimmer?
Beides, aus unterschiedlichen Gründen. Im Wohnzimmer füllt es die lange Lücke über dem Sofa und gibt dem Raum einen Fokus, der nicht der Fernseher ist. Im Schlafzimmer ist der Blick nach oben durch Blätter etwas Ruhiges zum Aufwachen, und die breite Form liegt natürlich über einem Doppel- oder Kingsize-Kopfteil. Halte die Bettwäsche eher in Stein oder Oat statt in konkurrierendem Grün.

Welche Wandfarbe lässt das Dunkelgrün am besten wirken?
Zuerst Warmweiß, dann kreidiges Off-White oder helle Tonfarbe. Das tiefe Grün in den Schatten braucht eine helle Wand darum herum, damit es als Tiefe und nicht als dunkler Block wirkt. Vermeide Mittelgrau und alles mit blauem Unterton. Wenn du es mutiger magst, funktioniert auch eine sanfte Salbeiwand, weil sie die hellen Blätter und die cremefarbene Rinde den Kontrast übernehmen lässt.
