How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Funktioniert das Salbeigrün an einer grauen Wand?

Ja, solange das Grau warm ist. Eine putzfarbene oder Greige-Wand lässt das Salbeigrün hervorstehen und die cremefarbenen Blätter klar wirken. Auf einem kühlen Blaugrau kann das Grün stumpf wirken und das ganze Motiv flach werden. Wenn deine Wand kühl ist, häng es dorthin, wo Tageslicht oder warmes Lampenlicht drauf fällt, dann holen die Rostlinien es wieder zurück.

Welche Größe passt über eine Kommode?

Nimm ungefähr zwei Drittel der Breite der Kommode. Bei einer 120cm breiten Kommode passt ein 70 bis 80cm großes Quadrat gut, mit der Unterkante etwa eine Handbreit über der Oberkante. Kleiner und der Topf im Bild wirkt verloren über dem Möbelstück. Viel größer und die Blätter ragen zu stark über alles, was du auf der Oberfläche stehen hast.

Wirkt das Rostorange in einem echten Raum kräftig?

Eher nicht. Das Orange ist als feine Linien statt als große Farbflächen angelegt, deshalb wirkt es aus der Ferne wie ein warmer Umriss und nicht wie ein Farbfleck. Aus der Nähe wird es deutlicher. In einem Raum mit Terrakotta-Töpfen oder einem rostfarbenen Kissen wirkt es bewusst gewählt, und in einem komplett cremefarbenen Raum ist es der eine warme Akzent, was meist gut ankommt.
