Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Passt das Orange zu einem Sofa in Rost oder Terrakotta, oder kollidiert das?

Es wird eher verschwimmen als kollidieren. Die untere Hälfte des Bildes ist ein verbranntes Orange, das den meisten Roststoffen nahekommt, sodass beides wie eine Masse wirkt und die Wand an Wirkung verliert. Es funktioniert besser zu Creme, cognacfarbenem Leder, Dunkelgrün oder Pflaume, wo das Orange etwas zum Anheben hat und das rosa Band stärker herauskommt.

Wie hoch muss die Wand für einen Treppenabsatz sein?

Plane eine klare Wandhöhe von mindestens 130 cm ein, damit das Bild etwa 100 cm hoch hängen kann und oben wie unten freie Wand bleibt. Die gestapelten Bänder brauchen diese Strecke, um als getrennte Flächen zu wirken. Auf einem Podestabsatz zentrierst du es an der Wand, die du beim Wenden vor dir hast, damit es dich in der Kurve einfängt statt seitlich vorbeizuziehen.

Wirkt es in einem Nordraum trotzdem warm?

Ja, und genau das ist eine seiner Stärken. Kühles, gleichmäßiges Licht lässt Rot oft flacher und Rosa blasser wirken, aber das Ringelblumengelb und das verbrannte Orange hier sind satt genug, um zu halten. In einem grauen Raum wirkt das Bild oft wärmer als in der Sonne, weil nichts sonst im Raum mit ihm um die Wärme konkurriert. Halte die umliegenden Wände schlicht in Off-White und lass es die Arbeit machen.
