How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Bleibt das Rosa in einem Schlafzimmer mit Nordlicht noch als Rosa sichtbar?

Ja, aber es wird weicher. Nordlicht ist kühl und gleichmäßig, daher wandeln sich das Pfirsich und Rosa in den Wolken eher zu einem staubigen Rosé als zu einem warmen Blush. Ja. Da der Großteil des Bildes dem Himmel gehört, liegt der erste Impuls oft darin, es hoch zu hängen, wodurch es zu schweben beginnt. Hänge es tiefer als du denkst, sodass die Unterkante etwa 15 bis 20 cm über Kopfteil oder Sofalehne sitzt. Dann liegt der Horizont ungefähr auf stehender Augenhöhe und der Raum wirkt breiter, nicht höher.

Funktioniert es in einem Raum mit grauen Wänden?

Warme Grautöne ja, kühle nein. Eine Greige- oder Mushroom-Wand greift das Mauve in den Wolken auf und alles wirkt harmonisch. Eine blaugraue oder stahlfarbene Wand zieht das Pfirsich ins Orange und das Bild wirkt, als gehöre es in einen anderen Raum. Wenn dein Grau kühl ist, bring Wärme mit Eiche, Leinen oder einem throw in Lehmton in die Nähe.
