How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Wird das tiefe Rot einen kleinen Flur dominieren?

Nimm groß. Ein Treppenabsatz wird von der untersten Stufe aus gesehen, oft aus drei oder vier Metern Entfernung, und die Punktmarken brauchen Höhe, um auf diese Distanz lesbar zu bleiben. Zielt auf mindestens 90 cm Höhe, und bis zu 120 cm, wenn die Decke am Absatz es zulässt. Häng es so auf, dass die Mitte auf Augenhöhe vom Absatz selbst sitzt, nicht von unten.

Passt es zu Wänden in Salbeigrün?

Ja, und besser als die meisten warmen Abstracts. Die Salbeifläche im Bild verbindet sich mit der Wand, sodass Terrakotta und Rosé gewollt wirken statt hineingesetzt. Wähle ein weiches, grau gebrochenes Salbei statt eines hellen Minttons und halte Holzarbeiten weiß oder hell geölt. Ergänz in der Nähe einen Tonkrug oder ein Terrakottakissen, dann fügt sich der Raum zusammen.
