    Um 1900 fühlte sich das radikal an – und das tut es noch immer. Ein einzelner Vogel, ein paar Bambusblätter, ein Zweig rosa Blüten und sehr viel warmer cremefarbener Freiraum, wo eine westliche Malerei eine Landschaft gesetzt hätte. An der Wand beruhigt es den Raum, statt ihn zu füllen. Der blaue Kopf ist der einzige scharfe Akzent – so kann die Umgebung weich bleiben.     How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Wird der warme Cremegrund an einer kühlen grauen Wand gelblich wirken?

    Gegen ein kühles Grau kann es etwas wärmer wirken. Sind deine Wände bläulich‑grau, funktioniert der Cremegrund trotzdem, aber ein dunkler Holzrahmen verleiht dem Rand mehr Gewicht. An off-white-, Putz‑ oder sanft‑beigen Wänden geht der Hintergrund mehr auf und Blau und Rosa wirken klarer.

    Reicht hier genug Farbe, um einen sehr neutralen Raum zu beleben?

    Ja, aber nur dezent. Der blaue Kopf des Vogels und die rosa Blüte sind die einzigen starken Farben, sie fungieren eher als Akzente denn als durchgehende Farbgestaltung. In einem komplett creme‑ oder beigetönen Raum reicht das meist. Wenn du kräftigeres Farbspiel willst, kombiniere es mit einem zweiten Stück in demselben Blau.

    Braucht die gebogene obere Kante der Komposition einen speziellen Rahmen oder Passepartout?

    Nein. Der sanfte Bogen oben gehört zum Kunstwerk und sitzt in einem quadratischen Feld, daher passt ein normaler quadratischer Rahmen. Wenn du die Kurve bewusst wirken lassen willst statt zufällig, wirkt ein schlichter Rahmen mit etwas sichtbarem Rand um das Motiv am besten. Vermeide stark gemusterte oder reich verzierte Profile.
