    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Ist der Hintergrund strahlend weiß oder cremefarben?
    Er ist ein warmes Creme, eher Richtung Oat als Weiß. Neben strahlend weißen Wänden wirkt er leicht gelblich, was die meisten mögen – dadurch wird die schwarze Linie weicher. Wenn deine Wände kühles Grau oder reines Weiß sind und du es ganz exakt abstimmen willst, halte zuerst ein Cremepapier an die Wand, um zu prüfen, ob dir die Wärme gefällt.

    Wirkt eine dünne Linie auf einer großen Wand verloren?
    Das kann passieren, wenn du zu klein wählst. An einer breiten Wohnzimmerwand wirkt ein mittelgroßes oder großes Quadrat deutlich besser als ein kleines, und es hilft, es über Möbel zu hängen statt frei in der Mitte einer großen leeren Fläche. In Fluren, Schlafzimmern und Arbeitszimmern hat eine mittlere Größe auf Augenhöhe mühelos genug Präsenz.

    Funktioniert es als Paar oder sollte es solo hängen?
    Beides funktioniert. Zwei Quadrate nebeneinander, mit etwa 8-10 cm Abstand, wirken bewusst gesetzt und füllen eine Konsole- oder Bettkopfwand ordentlich. Solo ist die einfachere Wahl, wenn der Raum schon viel zu bieten hat. Wenn du es paarst, halte das zweite Bild ebenso schlicht – wieder eine Line Drawing oder eine einfache Form statt etwas Unruhigem.
