    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Kommt das tiefe Rot mit meinen Küchenschränken in Konflikt?

    Nur wenn auch die Schränke rot sind. Zu weißen, cremefarbenen, salbeigrünen oder hellen Holztüren wirkt der burgunderrote Hintergrund wie der einzige warme Block im Raum, und die Schränke wirken dadurch ruhiger. Auch mit dunkelblauen Schränken funktioniert es, die beiden tiefen Farben stehen nebeneinander, statt zu kollidieren. Dunkelgrau ist der Fall, auf den du achten solltest, es kann das Rot schwer wirken lassen.

    Ist es zu dunkel für ein Kinderzimmer?

    Das Rot ist tief, aber die Katze ist cremefarben und nimmt gut ein Drittel des Quadrats ein, deshalb wirkt das Gesamtbild warm statt düster. In einem Raum mit cremefarbenen Wänden und einem Holzbett fühlt es sich gemütlich an, wie ein Bilderbuchcover. Halte die übrigen Farben im Raum weich, dann bleibt das Burgunder freundlich statt dominant.

    Kann ich es als Paar mit einem anderen Tierbild aufhängen?

    Ja, und ein Paar funktioniert am besten, wenn das Gegenstück ebenfalls Burgunder oder Senf aufgreift, aber das Tier wechselt. Ein Folk-Hase oder ein Vogel auf ähnlichem Hintergrund ergibt zwei Quadrate, die als Set gelesen werden. Vermeide es, es mit einer zweiten Katze zu kombinieren, zwei Figuren derselben Art konkurrieren eher, als dass sie miteinander harmonieren. Häng das Paar mit einem Abstand von etwa einer Handbreit auf.
