    Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

    Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

    When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

    Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

    Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

    You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    Wird ein braunes Bild mein Schlafzimmer dunkel wirken lassen?

    Nicht dieses. Fast ein Drittel des Bildes besteht aus hellem Off-White im Himmel und im Wasser, daher wirkt der Gesamteindruck eher warm beige als braun. An einer weißen oder Off-White-Wand hebt es sich eher ab, als dass es schwer wirkt. Dunkler kann es an einer dunkelgrünen oder marineblauen Wand in einem Raum mit kleinen Fenstern wirken, also halte die Wand hell, wenn das Licht schlecht ist.

    Wie breit sollte ich es über einem Doppelbett wählen?

    Ziel ist, dass das Bild ungefähr zwei Drittel bis zur vollen Breite des Kopfteils einnimmt. Bei einem Standard-UK-Double sind das etwa 100 bis 135 cm Breite. Kleiner und Fluss sowie ferne Hügel wirken aus dem Raum wie ein brauner Streifen. Das 2:1-Format hält die Höhe dezent, sodass selbst bei voller Breite die Decke nicht erdrückt wird.

    Funktioniert es im Wohnzimmer genauso gut wie im Schlafzimmer?

    Ja, über dem Sofa funktioniert es genauso und füllt die lange, niedrige Lücke, die quadratische Bilder offen lassen. Es passt zu Räumen mit Leder, dunklem Holz oder einem Wollteppich in Oat oder Grau. In einem Wohnzimmer mit vielen Farben in Kissen und Decken kann es etwas ernst wirken, deshalb kommt es am schönsten zur Geltung, wenn die Textilien neutral bleiben.
