    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Kämpft das Rot mit meinen Küchenfarben?
    Das hängt davon ab, was im Raum sonst noch warm ist. Vor weißen, cremefarbenen, grauen oder Salbeischränken ist das Kirschrot die einzige warme Farbe und wirkt bewusst gesetzt. Neben Terrakottafliesen oder einer rostfarbenen Wand beginnt es zu konkurrieren, denn zwei warme Rottöne verstehen sich selten. Dunkles Grün und Navy passen wunderbar dazu, ebenso schlichtes Kiefernholz.

    Welche Größe sollte ich über einem Frühstückstisch aufhängen?
    Für einen Tisch mit vier Sitzplätzen sind etwa 50 bis 60 cm im Quadrat ideal. So sind Torte und Streifen noch vom Türrahmen aus gut erkennbar, ohne dass das Bild den Tisch darunter überladen wirkt. Lass etwa 20 cm zwischen Tischplatte und Unterkante. An einer größeren Esszimmerwand darf es größer sein, denn der kräftige Pinselstrich wirkt auch vergrößert noch stark.

    Passt es nur in eine Küche?
    Küchen und Esszimmer sind die naheliegenden Orte, aber es passt auch in einen Flur an der Hintertür, in ein Homeoffice mit Café-Charme oder in einen Hauswirtschaftsraum, der etwas Aufmunterung braucht. Der rosafarbene Grund wirkt freundlicher, als er klingt, und passt gut an eine schlichte weiße Wand. Schlafzimmer sind der einzige Ort, den du lieber auslässt, weil das Rot eher wach hält, als dass es beruhigt.
