    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Wirkt Schwarz und Creme in einer Küche mit wenig Farbe nicht kalt?
    Der Grundton ist cremefarben statt weiß, daher wirkt es eher wie Papier als wie Eis. An einer kreidigen Off-White-Wand erscheint es warm, und neben hellem Holz oder Marmor wirkt es ruhig statt streng. Der Trick ist, Rot und Orange davon fernzuhalten. Diese Farben geraten mit der Kohle aneinander und lassen das Creme im Vergleich schmutzig wirken.

    Wie groß sollte ich über einer Küchenarbeitsplatte wählen?
    Nimm größer, als es dir spontan erscheint. Die Beeren sind fein gezeichnet, und unter etwa 60 cm Kantenlänge werden sie aus dem Raum schnell zu einem dunklen Fleck. Auf einer normalen Länge Arbeitsfläche füllt ein Quadrat von 70 bis 80 cm den Bereich zwischen Arbeitsplatte und Decke angenehm aus, mit etwa 15 cm Wand darunter. Lass die Fläche darunter frei.

    Funktioniert es auch im Esszimmer statt in der Küche?
    Ja, mit einer Bedingung. Die Zeichnung braucht eine schlichte Wand und eine freie Oberfläche, also räum das Sideboard bis auf eine einzige Vase leer, bevor du es aufhängst. Über einem hellen Sideboard mit einem schwarzen oder dunkel gebeizten Tisch trägt es den Raum mühelos. In einem Esszimmer mit Tapete oder viel Farbe wird es nur noch ein Element mehr, und die Ruhe geht verloren.
