    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Wird das Blau in meinem Schlafzimmer kühl wirken?
    Das hängt vom Licht und von der Umgebung ab. In einem süd- oder westseitigen Raum wirkt das staubige Blau weich und beruhigend, fast wie ein Sommerhimmel. In einem nordseitigen Raum mit grauen Wänden kann es flach wirken, also wärme den Raum rundherum auf. Off-White-Wände, helles Holz und weiße Bettwäsche geben dem Blau einen warmen Gegenpol, und eine Lampe mit warmem Leuchtmittel rundet es ab.

    Welche Größe sollte ich über einem Doppelbett wählen?
    Größer, als du vielleicht spontan denken würdest. Ein Doppelbett ist etwa 135cm breit, und das Kunstwerk sollte ungefähr zwei Drittel davon abdecken, also sind 90 bis 100cm Breite der Sweet Spot. Bei einem Kingsize-Bett wirken 120cm angenehm. Hänge es so auf, dass die Unterkante etwa eine Handbreit über dem Kopfteil sitzt. Unter 80cm wirkt die einzelne Blüte schnell wie ein Bild statt wie ein prägender Teil der Wand.

    Funktioniert es über dem Sofa genauso gut wie über dem Bett?
    Ja, und dieselbe Breitenregel gilt auch hier. Über einem Dreisitzer-Sofa sollte es mindestens 100cm breit sein und auf das Sofa zentriert werden, nicht auf die Wand. Am besten passt es zu heller Polsterung, Leinen in Oatmeal oder Off-White, dazu ein Couchtisch aus hellem Holz oder Glas. Dunkles Leder oder ein navyfarbenes Sofa machen das Blau zu kühl, und kräftige Kissen konkurrieren mit dem einen starken Element an der Wand.
