    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Passt das Blau zu meinen Küchenfronten oder wirkt es zu hart?

    Das kommt auf das Blau an. Das Kobaltblau hier ist klar und leuchtend, also passt es gut zu Fronten in Navy oder Duck-Egg und zu Weiß, Creme oder Salbei. Schwierig wird es neben Petrol oder Türkis, weil es dann violett wirken kann. Bei mittelgrauen Schränken bringt das Blau mehr Frische hinein. Halt vor dem Kauf am besten eine Probe in Königsblau an die Türen.

    Welche Größe passt neben einen Küchentisch?

    Für einen Tisch mit vier Plätzen nimm am besten eine mittlere Größe, etwa so breit wie anderthalb Platzsets. So wirkt der Pinselstrich auch vom gegenüberliegenden Stuhl aus, und das Stück sieht wie ein Stück aus und nicht wie eine Skizze. Groß lohnt sich nur, wenn die Wand die ganze Länge des Tisches begleitet und sonst nichts daran hängt. Klein funktioniert auf einem Regal, an die Fliesen gelehnt.

    Funktioniert es auch irgendwo außer in der Küche?

    Ein Esszimmer ist die naheliegende zweite Heimat, und eine Frühstücksecke oder ein Café-inspirierter Bereich passt genauso gut. Weniger überzeugend ist es im Schlafzimmer oder Büro, wo Essen an der Wand seltsam wirkt. Flure können funktionieren, wenn sie zur Küche führen. Wo auch immer es hängt, bring es tief genug an, damit man es vom Stuhl aus sieht.
