    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Kämpfen Pink und Orange-Rot mit einem warmtonigen Raum?

    Vor Terrakotta-, Rost- oder Lehmmauern verschmelzen das Orange-Rot und das Pink wird schmutzig, deshalb funktioniert es dort weniger gut. Es braucht eine weiße oder kühle gebrochene weiße Wand dahinter. Wenn dein Raum warme Holzböden hat, ist das okay, solange die Wand selbst hell bleibt. Halte rote und orange Textilien von derselben Wand fern und lass das Bild diese Aufgabe übernehmen.

    Wie groß sollte es an einer Treppenwand sein?

    Größer, als man instinktiv denkt. Auf einem Podest siehst du es von unten die Treppe hinauf, mehrere Meter entfernt und von unten, also wirkt alles unter etwa 80 cm Höhe wie ein Streifen. Bei etwa 100 bis 120 cm Höhe sind die beiden Figuren vom Flur aus klar erkennbar. Miss von der obersten Stufe bis zur Decke und lass mindestens 40 cm frei darüber.

    Erkennt man die beiden Figuren von der anderen Seite des Raums?

    Aus zwei oder drei Metern lösen sich die pinken Formen zu zwei einander zuneigenden Körpern auf, während Blau und Grün als der Raum um sie herum wirken. Aus der Nähe wird wieder daraus Pinselstrich, und genau das macht auf einem Podest oder in einem Korridor, an dem man vorbeigeht, den Reiz aus. In einem kleinen Raum, in dem du es nur aus der Nähe siehst, bleiben die Figuren lockerer.
