It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Not usually. The red sits to one side of the composition rather than filling the background, and the warm cream and dark green balance it. In a smaller room, hang it on a clear wall with a bit of space either side and skip a second strong-colour piece nearby — that way the red reads as warmth, not weight.

The cat sits in the lower half and pulls your eye down first, then up to the woman's face. The composition genuinely shares the frame between them — which is part of why it works for cat-lover buyers without feeling like a novelty piece. If you want a pure portrait, this isn't quite that.

Yes, it's portrait orientation, so it sits well above a console, sideboard or narrower sofa rather than a wide three-seater. Aim for the centre of the print at roughly eye level — around 145–150cm from the floor — with about 20–30cm of clear wall above the furniture.
