Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

The quote is part of the print — it sits in a small typewriter-style face below the watercolour, on the same cream ground. You can't remove it or order the image without the words. The wording is 'she believed she could, so she did' in lowercase.

On a bright white wall the cream ground can look slightly warmer than the wall, which actually helps the print feel softer rather than disappearing. If your wall is a very crisp cool white, a thin white or pale oak frame gives it just enough of an edge to hold.

The figure reads as a young girl from behind, and the quote uses 'she', so it skews to a girl's room or a nursery for a daughter. In a shared room it would still work on a daughter's side of the wall, but it isn't a neutral piece for both.
