About This Art

Give the feature wall one hard decision, and let everything else relax. This painterly Mediterranean view does the deciding — citrus orange against deep cobalt, framed by shuttered windows that open onto olive groves and tiled roofs. Hang it and the room stops trying so hard. A blank stretch of plaster suddenly reads as intentional; a corner that felt heavy lifts. It belongs above a sideboard in the dining room, a low bench in the hallway, or at the foot of the bed where you'd otherwise stare at a wardrobe. Pair it with warm terracotta, raw linen, oiled oak and a single ceramic lamp in a chalky glaze. Don't crowd it with other framed scenes — let one open window do all the travelling. Printed on archival fine-art paper, made to order.

Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsiblyFSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is this print actually portrait orientation? I need something tall for a narrow wall between two doorways.

Yes — it's a true portrait composition. The orange-tree canopy occupies the top third and the sea sits across the middle, so it reads well on tall, narrow walls and between doorways where a landscape would feel squashed.

Will the orange and cobalt fight a terracotta-tiled floor?

No — the painting's ochre interior tones and rust-brown sill bridge into terracotta beautifully. It's built for warm Mediterranean schemes, not cool Scandi ones, so a terracotta floor is exactly where it wants to live.

Can I hang this in a small bedroom or will it feel too active?

It can work above a bed if the rest of the room is quiet — plain linen bedding, no patterned wallpaper, lamps off to the sides. If you want art for sleep specifically, something softer would settle better; this one is more 'morning coffee' than 'lights out'.
