Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Yes. The word AMSTERDAM is set in bold capitals along the top arch and reads clearly from a few metres away. The 'Red Light District' subtitle below is in a smaller script and is meant to be read up close — it adds detail without competing with the main image.

The orange is strong but it's balanced by near-black canal houses, cream highlights in the water and warm brown midtones. On a calm off-white or warm white wall it acts as one confident focal point rather than overwhelming the room. Avoid hanging it next to other bright pink or red pieces.

It's a tall portrait composition built around the central Westerkerk tower, with the canal pulling the eye downwards. That makes it a strong fit for narrow hallway walls, the space above a small console, or between two bookshelves in a study.
