About This Art

Three things it does fast: ground soft pink, sharpen pale oak, wake the bedroom. The brushwork is loose and painterly, the palette stays calm, and the small black accents stop it tipping into pure prettiness.

Drop it above a bed, a slim console or a reading chair and the room gets gentler without losing its edge. The cream backdrop opens up tight corners; the sage carries the eye through.

It hangs best at eye level on a chalky off-white or pale plaster wall, with one warm lamp nearby. Pair with linen bedding, pale oak, brushed brass and a stoneware vase or two.

Keep the surrounding wall quiet. Skip heavy gilt frames, glossy black furniture or busy patterned wallpaper — the painting wants room to breathe. Printed on premium fine-art paper, with the option to add a real wood frame.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Does the Spanish title read as decorative or literal?

It reads as a clean design detail. The wording sits in a small, dark green serif at the foot of the piece, balanced against the painted area above. You don't need any Spanish to enjoy it — the type works as quiet structure underneath the loose brushwork, in the same way a gallery caption sits under a painting.

Will the soft pink fight with warm wood furniture?

No. The pink here is closer to a chalky blush than a hot pink, so it sits happily against pale oak, ash and warm walnut. It also flatters cream linen, oat wool and stoneware. The sage green and small black accents stop the pink dominating, which is what makes the piece easy to live with in a furnished room.

Is this calm enough to hang above a bed?

Yes — that's where it works best. The brushwork is loose but the palette stays soft, so it reads as restful rather than busy. Hang it at eye level when seated and keep the bedding in linen, cream or sage. Avoid bold patterned headboards or heavy gilt frames, which fight the painterly looseness.
