About This Art
Every house has a downstairs loo with one bare wall and nothing to put on it. Give it the frog. A small room needs one thing with a face, and this one stares straight back at whoever sits down. The orange toes do most of the work. Against white tile they read as the brightest thing in the room, and the olive green around them stops the whole thing feeling shouty. Hang it on the wall facing the door so it catches you as you walk in. Medium is plenty here. Anything above 50cm wide in a room that size and the joke turns into a lecture. Paint the wall a dusty blue if you want it to settle in, or leave the plaster plain and let the greens carry it. Guests will mention it. Nobody mentions a mirror. On canvas there is no glass to steam up, which suits the room.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

What's your return policy?
If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.
We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
Will the colours hold up in a bathroom with no window?
Yes, and this is where it does best. The olive greens are mid-toned, so a single warm ceiling light reads them clearly rather than flattening them to brown. The orange eyes and toes are the brightest marks and they stay bright under artificial light. Avoid a cool blue-white bulb, which drains the mustard warmth at the edges and leaves the greens looking grey.
Is it too childish for a room adults use?
It reads as a painting first and a frog second. The brushwork is loose and the colours are muted greens and dusty blue rather than primary brights, so in a cloakroom or hallway it sits closer to a wildlife study than a nursery print. The humour is in the umbrella leaf, and that lands with guests of any age. Keep the frame plain and the wall calm.
Will the orange clash with a green bathroom?
The orange is small and sits against olive green inside the picture, so it already works with green. The risk is the leaves, not the toes. On a strong forest or bottle green wall the olive merges and the frog loses its edges. A sage or pale green wall keeps enough contrast. White tile, dusty blue or off-white gives the clearest result.
