Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

The lilac here is dusty and muted, closer to a soft mauve than a true purple. Against off-white walls, pale wood or warm grey cabinets it reads as a gentle accent rather than a bold colour statement, and it sits comfortably with cream, stone and soft pink tones already in the room.

The lettering takes up the lower third, so on a smaller wall it still reads as an illustration with a caption rather than a slogan poster. Hang it above a low piece of furniture like a sideboard or breakfast bar and the pastries become the focal point, with the words reading as a quiet label.

Yes. The soft lilac and hand-drawn pastries also suit a breakfast nook, a small dining wall, a cafe-style corner or a relaxed home office. It is less suited to formal living rooms or bedrooms where the food subject can feel out of place.
