About This Art

No, the soft pink doesn't soften the room. It defines it. This Mallorca market scene takes the wall and gives the room a holiday warmth that lingers long after the morning coffee.

What shifts is the energy. Cream stucco, green shutters and lemon trees pull in light from the rest of the room, while the pink and orange blooms below give a low buzz of colour you'll catch from across the space.

It belongs in a kitchen, a sunny hallway or a dining wall — somewhere people pass through with a cup in hand. Hang at eye level on a calm, light wall so the busy lower half can breathe.

Pair with light oak, rattan, cream linen and the odd terracotta pot. Painted ceramics, a woven runner, an olive tree in the corner — anything you'd find on a sunlit terrace works here.

Don't crowd it with another busy print. One holiday scene per wall is the rule. Printed on premium fine-art paper with a soft matte finish.

Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the lower half of the print too busy for a small kitchen wall?

It's detailed but not chaotic — the flower stalls fill the bottom third, with calmer stucco and shutters above. In a small kitchen, give it a plain wall and keep the worktop below uncluttered. The eye reads the architecture first, then drops to the flowers.

Will the green shutters clash with sage or olive paintwork?

Not usually. The shutters are a deep, slightly muted green that sits comfortably next to sage cabinets or olive walls. Where it gets tricky is bright emerald or teal — those compete with the shutters. Stick to softer, dustier greens and it reads as one scheme.

Does it work in a north-facing room with cooler light?

Yes — and arguably better. The cream stucco and warm yellows lift cooler daylight without going garish. In south-facing rooms it can read very sunny, which some people love; in north-facing rooms it brings the warmth in.
