About This Art

Hang this where the morning light hits and the mustard yellow sharpens. It brings a slice of Paris into the room without trying too hard.

The room picks up its warmth fast. The orange rooftops and yellow curtain throw a sunny mood across whatever's nearby, and the deep blue grounds it so the wall doesn't tip sweet. A small black cat gives the whole thing a focal point your eye keeps coming back to.

It works best on a wall you walk past often — above a small console in the hallway, beside a kitchen window, or over a reading chair. Portrait shape, so a narrow bit of wall is fine.

Pair it with linen, rattan, warm oak, terracotta, and one or two house plants. A striped cushion or a cane chair will sit very happily underneath it.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

What's your return policy?

If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

Is the cat the main focus, or the view?

Both share the frame. The black cat sits low and centre as a strong dark anchor, and your eye then travels out to the orange Paris rooftops and the yellow flowers. From across a room you read the colour first; up close, you notice the cat.

Will the bright orange rooftops clash with a cool grey room?

Honestly, yes — this is a warm, sunny print and it really wants to live with warm neutrals, linen, oak, terracotta or cream walls. In a cool grey scheme it will look stranded rather than tied in. If your room runs cool, look for something with more blue or green dominance.

Does the print show any recognisable Paris landmarks?

No — there's no Eiffel Tower or famous monument. It's a quiet residential view: Haussmann-style apartment buildings, terracotta chimneys, balconies and rooftops. That makes it feel more like a real morning in Paris than a tourist poster, and it ages well on the wall.
