Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It can. The green here is warm and slightly olive, so it sits best against cream, off-white or chalky sage walls and pale oak furniture. Against cool grey or bright white, it can read flatter than expected — try a frame in warm oak rather than black or silver to keep things warm.

It's drawn in a kawaii style, so it leans towards nurseries and kids' rooms. That said, it's quiet enough to work in a cat-lover's reading corner or home office, especially if the room is already sage, cream and natural wood. It isn't a piece that pretends to be neutral, though — the cats are the point.

Lower than you'd hang adult art. Aim for the centre of the print to sit around a child's standing eye-level, or just above a low piece of furniture like a cot rail or short bookcase. The cats are drawn to be looked up at, and hanging it too high turns it into background instead of something a child notices.
