Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It can if both run hot. The print already carries floral, striped and tiled pattern, so simpler bedding tends to work better — plain linen, a single stripe, or one small print. If you love layered patterns, keep their colours inside the print's palette: soft pink, mustard, deep red and turquoise.

The eye lands on the cat first because of the dark tabby markings against the pale bedcover, then travels up through the open shutters to the sea. So it reads as a scene with a cat in it, rather than a pet portrait — useful if you want art that says 'painterly interior' more than 'cat picture'.

It sits between the two — closer to sea-blue than mint, with green undertones where the brushwork thins. It plays well with warm whites, mustard and terracotta, and with deeper blues. It can clash with cool grey-blues, so test it against your wall colour if you're working in that range.
