Overpriced for the quality and materials used

For the cost, I was disapointed. If I had known the frame was some sort of plastic composite and not real wood, I would not have ordered. Also, the painting itself looked much better online than in real life. The colors are not as rich, and the overall painting does not have the depth I thought. For a forest, it feels too light rather than light-filled. Maybe I'm being too picky, but I expected more for what I paid.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Will the deep green look heavy in a small hallway?

No — the cream sky and pale path take up most of the image, so the green reads as accent rather than mass. In a narrow hallway it actually adds depth without darkening the wall, especially if the surrounding paint is off-white or pale grey.

Are the figures on the path detailed, or just shapes?

They're loose painted shapes — two walkers in the middle distance and a small group further back. You read them as people from across the room, but close up they're brushstrokes. That's part of why the piece feels like a real painting rather than a sharp digital poster.

Does it work in a portrait or landscape orientation room?

It's a portrait piece, so it's strongest on a tall, narrow wall — between two doors, beside a window, or above a console. On a wide low wall above a sofa it can look a bit lost on its own; in that case pair it with one or two other portrait travel posters.
