About This Art

Watch the typography land, then the black ink start doing damage. Two short lines of hand-drawn lettering on a clean white ground, and suddenly the wall has a voice.

What changes is the tone of the room. Guests read it before they've taken their coat off. It reads as warm without trying too hard, and it doesn't fight whatever else is going on around it.

Best above a console in the entryway, on a narrow hallway wall, or in a guest bedroom near the door. Works in kitchens too, especially the bit between the cabinets and the back door.

Pair with oak or walnut wood, rattan baskets, a linen runner, brass hooks and a stoneware bowl for keys. Boho, scandi and modern farmhouse rooms all take it well.

Skip it if your hallway is already loud with pattern, or if you don't want a literal sentence on the wall. Printed on premium fine-art paper, available unframed or framed in real wood.

Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsiblyFSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the lettering actually black, or is it dark grey?

It's a true deep black on a clean white ground. The texture in the strokes is intentional — it's hand-drawn, so the edges have a slightly inked, slightly rough character rather than a flat printed look. Up close you'll see that grain; from across the room it reads as solid black.

Will it look too plain on a white wall?

It can, if the wall is bare. The print is designed to anchor a small grouping — a console, a basket, a hook, a runner — rather than float alone on a big empty wall. On a coloured or textured wall (warm white, plaster, soft clay) the black lettering has more to push against and reads stronger.

Does the phrase translate as something specific, or is it just decorative?

Mi casa su casa is Spanish for 'my house is your house' — a common way of welcoming guests in Spanish and across Latin America. It's used in everyday English too, usually warmly and slightly tongue-in-cheek. So it reads as a genuine welcome rather than a literal translation puzzle.
