Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Not usually. The cream background takes up over half the picture, so the reds read as a warm accent rather than a saturated block. In a small kitchen, hang it on a cream or off-white wall and let it be the only strong colour moment — the rest of the room can stay quiet.

It works in both, but it needs a softening element. In a modern kitchen with flat-front cabinets, pair it with timber open shelving, linen and stoneware to bridge the painterly mood. If the kitchen is all gloss and chrome, the piece will feel a bit lost — it wants at least one warm, natural material nearby.

A medium portrait is the sweet spot. Above a low sideboard or narrow console, aim for the print to span roughly two-thirds of the furniture width. Hang it at standard eye-level when seated — slightly lower than you'd hang above a sofa — so it sits in your sightline at the table.
