How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the cream background look too plain on a white wall?

The background is a warm cream rather than bright white, so it sits forward of a pure-white wall rather than disappearing into it. On warmer off-white or plaster walls it blends more, and the deep red cocktail does the work of holding your eye.

Is the figure clearly a diver, or does it read as something else from a distance?

Up close the tiny figure is clearly a person mid-dive into the coupe glass. From across a room it reads more like an unusual garnish or stirrer, which is part of the joke — guests tend to notice on a second glance.

Does it work in a kitchen that doesn't have a bar cart?

Yes. It sits happily above a sideboard, open shelving, a coffee station or a dining wall. Anywhere food and drink already happens gives it context, but it can also work as a single piece of personality on a quieter galley wall.
