How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the lettering at the bottom part of the print, or can I get it without the text?

The Kew Gardens title and station details are a fixed part of the design — they're what gives the piece its travel-poster character. If you'd prefer pure botanical artwork without text, this one isn't the right pick.

Will the deep greens feel too heavy in a smaller room?

The greens are deep but balanced by a soft off-white background and a dusty pink lift from the pitcher plants, so it reads as botanical rather than dark. In a small room it works best on a daylit wall — entryway, kitchen corner, narrow study — with a warm lamp nearby for the evenings.

Does it work in a kitchen or will steam and heat be a problem?

It styles beautifully in a kitchen — open shelving, terracotta pots, oak worktops. Hang it away from the hob and kettle to keep it clear of direct steam, and it'll be fine on a normal kitchen wall.
