About This Art

You don't need more decor. You need one botanical study with teeth. This Morris-inspired exhibition poster puts a small, alert terrier in the middle of a dense Arts and Crafts thicket — coral marigolds, sage foliage, a deep teal ground — and lets the dog do the staring. Hang it where it can hold a wall on its own: a hallway, a reading nook, the bit of wall above a low sideboard in the dining room. Pair it with linen, dark stained oak, an unglazed terracotta pot, an old brass lamp base. Don't crowd it with other patterned prints — this one is the pattern. Printed on premium fine-art paper, made to order.

Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsiblyFSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

Colorful Canine Crew Art Print is even better than I excepted! So fun! So colorful! So vibrant!

The Colorful Canine Crew Art Print is even better than I excepted! It’s a great addition to our slowly growing collection. I kind of wish I’d gotten a larger one, but this one is so cute!

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is this an actual William Morris artwork?

No — it's an original poster designed in the visual language of Morris's botanical pattern work, with a terrier added as the focal point. Morris himself never made this image.

Will the deep teal background look too dark in a small room?

The teal sits inside a warm parchment border, so the print as a whole reads warmer than a pure dark poster. It works well in small hallways and studies with a chalky off-white or sage wall.

What breed is the dog?

It's drawn loosely — most readers see a West Highland Terrier or a small Bichon-type mix. The breed isn't specified; the personality is.
