How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the navy background look too heavy on a small wall?

The navy reads as a dense ground rather than a flat block — there's so much pink, red and sage activity over it that the eye doesn't settle on the dark. It actually makes small walls feel richer, not heavier, especially in hallways and bedrooms.

Does the 'Liberty London' text take up much of the print?

The Morris name sits across the top and the small Liberty London block sits at the bottom, both in a cream border. The floral pattern fills the centre and dominates the composition — the typography reads as a poster footer, not a heading.

Will this clash with an existing patterned rug or curtains?

It might. Cray is a busy, opinionated pattern and wants the rest of the room to step back a little. If your rug or curtains are already strongly patterned in different colours, hang this on a wall where the two won't be in the same sightline.
