About This Art

Even the linen in here starts looking expensive next to soft greens. This is William Morris in his sketchbook mood — flowers and curling leaves drawn loose, with one edge left unfinished so it feels personal rather than printed. The room around it slows down. A quiet hallway gains a focal point without going heavy. A bedroom feels softer. A study reads more considered. Hang it at eye level above a console, sideboard or low bookshelf, with a plant or a stoneware lamp nearby. Pair with chalky off-white walls, oak or walnut wood, and linen or velvet in muted tones. Avoid bright primaries or glossy modern frames close by — the piece wants room to breathe. Printed on premium fine-art paper.

Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsiblyFSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the soft greens read as washed-out on a white wall?

No. The cream ground keeps the print warm rather than cool, so it holds its own against chalky off-white and soft sage walls. On a bright modern white, the ink outlines and deeper green shadows give it enough definition. If your wall is very stark, an oak or warm wood frame helps tie everything together.

Is this a finished pattern or does it really have an unfinished edge?

The unfinished pencil edge is part of the original pattern study — it's what gives the piece its sketchbook character rather than the look of a flat repeat. It reads as a botanical drawing on the wall, not a wallpaper sample, which is what makes it feel personal in a room.

Does it work in a bedroom without feeling too fussy?

Yes, as long as the rest of the room stays calm. Plain linen bedding, one wood tone and muted walls let the botanical do the talking. Avoid pairing it with floral wallpaper or busy bedding — one piece of pattern is enough, and the soft greens keep the overall feel quiet.
