About This Art

Most bedrooms are tidy and still. Nothing in them moves. Hang this above the headboard and the wall starts to turn, slowly, the way a garden does when you lie down in it. The soft pink does the lifting. Deep green keeps it from floating off. White linen bedding underneath, a plaster wall behind, and the room gets the one thing it was missing, a bit of give. Keep the bedside tables plain. A pale wood lamp base, a glass of water, no pattern on the cushions. Go at least 70cm square, because the single sharp flower at the centre needs space around it for the spin to read from the doorway. Smaller than that and the whole thing turns into wallpaper. On fine-art paper the pinks stay matt and soft under the glazing.

Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the pink look too sweet in a grown-up bedroom?

Less than you would expect. The pink here is dusty rather than sugary, and almost half the picture is deep green and dark olive, which pulls it back towards the garden. Against white or oat linen it reads as soft rather than girly. The one thing to avoid is more pink on the walls or bedding, since then it does start to tip.

What size works above a double bed?

Go for around 80cm square on a standard double, and 90 to 100cm on a king. The spin needs room to read from the bedroom door, and at smaller sizes the blur flattens into texture. Leave a hand's width or so between the headboard and the bottom edge, and keep the bedside lamps lower than the picture's centre.

Does the blur look like a mistake from across the room?

No, because the central flower is pin sharp and your eye lands there first. From two or three metres the swirl around it reads as deliberate movement, a little like looking up from the middle of a flower bed. It only starts to look accidental if you hang it small or in a dark corner where the green loses its depth.
