Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It's the loudest thing in the print, so it depends on the wall. On a calm cream or off-white wall it reads as a warm accent rather than a clash. In a small room with already-warm walls or strong red textiles, it can feel busy — give it a quieter wall and a bit of space around it.

It works in both. The cowboy hat and bandana land as playful for kids, and the painted illustration style keeps it from feeling babyish — so it carries through tween rooms and into adult home offices or hallways without looking out of place.

The cat faces straight forward with a fairly symmetrical pose, so it doesn't pull the eye left or right. That makes it easier to centre above a console, bed or shelf without needing to balance it against something on the other side of the wall.
