Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Less than you'd expect. The big cream peony at the bottom takes up most of the centre and keeps the whole image feeling open. The dark backdrop mostly reads as quiet depth, not weight, especially under warm lamplight. If the wall behind it is off-white or a soft warm neutral, the contrast actually makes the room feel larger, not smaller.

It comes through clearly. The ridges and directional strokes are part of the image itself, so they print as visible texture even though the surface of the paper or canvas is flat. At larger sizes the brushwork is more obvious and the piece reads more like an oil painting than a flat print — which is the main reason to size up.

Yes, as long as something in the room is warm — timber, linen, leather, brass, a clay-toned rug. It sits happily in transitional and modern rooms that have one or two warm anchors. It struggles in fully cool schemes built around grey, chrome and cold white, where the deep red and cream end up looking marooned.
