From the doorway, the vertical figures read clean. Up close, not polite. The brushwork is rough, the outlines wobble, and the mustard yellow background is scrubbed on by hand — that's the point. Hung up, it warms a room fast and gives a flat wall something to talk about. It earns its keep in a kitchen, a breakfast corner or a dining room, above a sideboard or a run of open shelving. Pair it with painted timber, cane chairs, striped linen and everyday stoneware. Keep the surrounding shelf simple — one jug, one bowl. Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

What's your return policy?

If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.

Will the mustard yellow background clash with warm wood kitchen units?

It usually sits well with them. The yellow is warm and slightly dusty rather than bright, so it sings against pale wood, painted timber and cane. If your units are a strong orange-toned wood, hang it on a plain off-white or clay wall nearby rather than directly against the wood.

Does it still work if I hang it on its own?

Yes. The two figures and the small table already make a complete scene, so it holds a wall solo. Give it clear space either side, roughly a hand's width more than you think it needs, and keep shelves nearby simple so the wonky outlines stay the loudest thing in the corner.

Is it too busy for a small kitchen or hallway?

No. There are only a handful of shapes and flat colour blocks, so it reads quickly even from a metre away. In a tight space, go for a medium size and hang it at eye level on the longest clear stretch of wall, away from patterned tiles or a busy noticeboard.
