About This Art

With a summer flower garden, scale decides whether the living room wakes up. Go small and it reads as a sweet accent. Go large and the whole room takes its cue from it.

Hang it up and the wall stops being a backdrop. The pinks, reds and yellows lift a neutral room out of beige, and the deep blue gives the whole thing weight so it doesn't feel sugary.

It earns its keep above a sofa, a sideboard, or on a tall hallway wall where the eye needs somewhere to land. Plain plaster or off-white works best — busy wallpaper will fight it.

Pair with oak or walnut timber, linen, velvet in deep colours, brass fittings and one or two pieces of cream stoneware. Keep the rest of the wall quiet.

Don't crowd it. One large print on premium fine-art paper holds the room better than a cluster.

Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsiblyFSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

The print is lovely and nicely packaged to mail

The print is lovely and nicely packaged to mail. When opening the print it was clear it has dirt and debris under the glass when it was framed. The frame is sealed so it’s very difficult toto get the debris out and maintain the integrity of the framed print.
Don’t get your print framed before hand and you’ll be happier.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the print very saturated, or are the colours softer in person?

The colours are genuinely vivid — bright pink, red and yellow against a deep blue ground. There's no muted version. If you want something quieter, this isn't it; if you want a print that lifts a neutral room, the saturation is the whole point.

Does the 'Gustav Klimt' text at the bottom dominate the print?

No. The lettering is grey on cream and sits below the garden, in the bottom fifth of the composition. It reads as an exhibition-poster footer, not a slogan — the flowers carry the wall and the text is supporting detail.

Will the deep blue background look too heavy in a small room?

Not usually. The blue is broken up by bright florals across the full image, so it reads as colourful rather than dark. In a smaller room, size down to a medium and hang on a plain off-white wall so the print has space to breathe.
