Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

It sits happily against warm off-whites, magnolia and chalky cream walls — the blush is muted rather than hot. On cool grey-whites it can read slightly warmer than the wall, which usually works in its favour. Avoid hanging it against a strongly saturated pink wall, where the two pinks will fight.

The pink is dusty and muted, and the deep teal branches keep it grounded. It reads soft but considered — closer to a vintage exhibition poster than a nursery print, which is why it works in bedrooms and hallways as well as a more grown-up nursery.

It's designed portrait and the birds sit on the right of the frame, so a single print works best as a solo piece. If you want a pair, hang it alongside a quieter botanical of similar scale rather than mirroring the same print — two of these together compete for attention.
