About This Art

Three things it does fast: ground soft blue, sharpen plaster, wake the living room. The picture is friendly without being twee, with enough warm orange and quiet off-white to hold its own on a bigger wall.

Up on the wall, the room feels lighter and a touch more playful. The blue pool reads as a calm block of colour, the warm oranges lift the corners, and the white architecture keeps everything from getting heavy.

It sits best above a sofa, a sideboard, or a long console — anywhere the eye can take it in at full size. Hang it at eye level on a pale wall and give it room to breathe.

Pairs well with pale oak, rattan, cream linen, woven textures and a few terracotta or stoneware ceramics. A trailing plant or two in the same room finishes the look.

Don't crowd it with other busy pieces or strong patterns — it's the storyteller, so let it talk.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Still not sure? Contact our team with a photo of your space and we'll tell you exactly what size will work.

What's your return policy?

If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.

Will the soft blue clash if my room is already warm and beige?

No — the blue is muted, more like a faded swimming-pool tile than a saturated sky. It reads as a calm block against cream walls and pale wood. The warm oranges and off-white in the picture do most of the work tying it back to a beige room.

Is the picture busy, or does it sit quietly on a wall?

It's moderately busy — there are five figures, a building and palm trees — but the flat shapes and pale background stop it feeling cluttered. From across the room it reads as a calm scene of blue, white and orange. Up close, the small details reward a longer look.

Does it work in a kitchen with steam and splashes nearby?

As an art print, hang it on a clear wall away from the hob and sink — premium fine-art paper isn't built for direct splashes or constant steam. Above a breakfast bar, dining nook or pantry door is ideal. A framed canvas is more forgiving if your kitchen runs humid.
